Bring a valid ID, HMO card (if insured), any past test results or medical reports, and details of current medications.
After a doctor recommends admission, our team guides you through registration, HMO approval or payment, and allocation of a general, private, or VIP room.
Yes. Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, every day. We’re prepared to handle urgent and critical cases. If you require an ambulance, we also offer ambulance services. Your safety and timely care are our priority.
Waiting times can vary depending on how busy we are, the specialty required, and whether you have an appointment. We strive to honour scheduled appointments and minimise delays. In cases of emergencies, patients are seen immediately. We also recommend booking ahead for specialist clinics.
Yes. Upon request, we provide itemised bills showing the cost of services, medicines, diagnostics, bed charges, etc. Transparency is important to us; we believe patients deserve to know exactly what they’re being billed for.
Visiting hours are structured to allow family support while ensuring patients get adequate rest and treatment. Details are provided on admission.
Results are shared through our medical officers or directly at the service desks once ready. Medical reports can be requested at the Front desk on the first floor or at any of the Client Service desks.
